I. RETENTION OF TITLE
The subject of purchase becomes the property of the buyer upon full payment for the goods.

II. DELIVERY OF THE SUBJECT OF PURCHASE
The buyer confirms that they have selected the subject of purchase in accordance with the seller's offer in the online store www.peletkovo.sk. The buyer declares that they are familiar with the terms and conditions of purchase, that they are understandable to them, and that they undertake to comply with these terms and conditions. The seller undertakes to deliver the subject of purchase to the buyer according to the specified shipping time for the given product from the payment of the order, unless otherwise agreed. The buyer pays the shipping costs together with the goods before delivery or on the spot upon delivery. After ordering, the customer can also pick up the goods directly at the store of KÚRENIE ZEN - KE, s.r.o. . The seller will inform the customer about the readiness of the goods by e-mail or by phone. The seller will arrange for the transport of the purchased item by a contracted carrier, by post, or by its own transport (according to the customer's wishes). The delivery deadline on the part of the seller is met if the purchased item was handed over for transport within the given deadline.

In the case of cash on delivery (payment to the driver upon delivery), you will receive a receipt for the cash from the driver. The courier company will send the funds to our company's bank account within 18 days. After receiving the payment, we will send you a tax document confirming the payment by email to the email address you provided in your order. The document you receive is a valid tax document.

The delivery time for goods in stock is 2-4 days. Goods ordered on request are delivered within two weeks. We will inform you of the exact delivery date after receiving your order.

III. COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
Goods are properly insured during transport. Upon receipt, it is necessary to check the goods thoroughly, even though our carriers are reliable and damage occurs only rarely. Visible damage must be noted on the delivery note to the carrier and we must be informed of this fact without delay. If it is reliably proven that the delivered goods were shipped in poor quality, the buyer has the right to exchange them free of charge for goods of the same value.

IV. CANCELLATION OF THE CONTRACT
The seller has the right to withdraw from the delivery of goods in cases where:
-the buyer submits invalid or falsified documents or data for the purpose of purchasing goods,
-the buyer does not take delivery of the purchased goods within the duly notified period for reasons attributable to the buyer.
-the goods are no longer manufactured or supplied, or the supplier's price for the goods has changed significantly. If this situation arises, the seller will immediately contact the buyer to agree on the next steps. If the buyer does not accept the agreement proposed by the seller and has already paid part or all of the purchase price, this amount will be transferred back to their account within 30 calendar days from the date of cancellation of the order by the seller.

-The consumer is entitled to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods or from the conclusion of the contract for the provision of services. Withdrawal from the acceptance of goods will only be accepted in writing (by registered letter or e-mail to predaj@kureniezen.sk to the company's registered office).

V. GENERAL AND FINAL PROVISIONS
1. Unless otherwise specified in this contract, legal relations shall be governed by the relevant provisions of the Civil Code and the Commercial Code.
2. After receiving the order, the seller shall check the availability and price of the ordered goods and confirm the order to the customer by e-mail.
3. Any changes and amendments to these terms and conditions are only possible in writing by mutual agreement of the contracting parties, in the form of a written amendment.

The seller undertakes:
- to deliver the correct type and quantity of goods as specified at the time of the order, based on the customer's order at the agreed price
- to adequately package the goods and ship them within the agreed time limit
- to issue and deliver an invoice as a tax document

The seller is not liable:
- for delayed delivery of the ordered goods caused by the carrier

Warranty
Unless otherwise stated, all goods sold are covered by the statutory warranty period.

We ask customers to carefully keep their proof of purchase (cash register receipt or invoice) and the warranty card that comes with the product during the warranty period. These documents are necessary for processing complaints.

The information you provide us with via the order form is used exclusively for the purpose of providing a specific service and will not be disclosed to third parties or otherwise used for commercial purposes.
